E. Jakarta Transforms Empty Lands in 65 Urban Villages into Green Parks

A total of 27,243 square meters of empty land spread across 65 urban villages in East Jakarta has now transformed into a green area.

This year, all empty land in East Jakarta will be greened

This greening action on slum, barren, and dirty empty lands is the realization of implementing a superior area planning program during 2023.

East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar expressed that land arrangement is part of the priority program. Hence, every month, his party would instruct the urban village heads to create a superior program in slum areas to make them clean, healthy, and green.
